Current position of Rahu for 28 October 2026, sidereal (Lahiri) zodiac.
Rahu is in Aquarius (Kumbh) at 2° 2′ 42″, retrograde.
Nakshatra: Dhanishtha, ruled by Mars.
Rahu rules obsession, ambition, foreign things and sudden unearned rise. It spends about eighteen months in each sign, always moving backwards, so its transit through Aquarius colours those areas for everyone — but which part of your life it touches depends on your own rashi.
A retrograde graha turns its significations inward and backward: matters it rules tend to revisit old ground, revive unfinished business, or slow down before they move forward again.
